Oodaan is a recruitment lifecycle platform that connects skilled workers with overseas employment opportunities. We facilitate the recruitment process including application, verification, documentation, visa processing, interview coordination, and placement.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform

• You must have a valid passport or be eligible to obtain one

• You must provide accurate and complete information

• You must not have been previously deported from any country

• You must meet the specific requirements of the jobs you apply for

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your profile and applications

• Maintain the accuracy of your information and update it as necessary

• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Not use our platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes

• Not provide false or misleading information to employers or authorities

• Attend interviews and complete required documentation in a timely manner

No Fees for Candidates

Oodaan does not charge candidates any fees for job applications, placement services, or visa processing. Our services are free for job seekers. We are compensated by foreign employers for successful placements. If anyone claiming to represent Oodaan asks you for payment, please report this immediately.

Job Applications

• Submitting an application does not guarantee placement

• We reserve the right to reject applications that don't meet requirements

• You may apply to multiple jobs that match your qualifications

• Employers make final hiring decisions based on their requirements

• We facilitate introductions but do not guarantee employment

Document Requirements

• You must provide genuine and verifiable documents

• Documents must be valid and not expired

• You authorize us to verify your documents with issuing authorities

• Providing false documents is grounds for immediate disqualification

• Resume files are processed in memory and not stored permanently

Visa Processing

• Visa approval is at the discretion of immigration authorities

• We assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee approval

• Visa processing times vary by country and category

• You must comply with all visa requirements and attend interviews

• Visa fees are typically paid by the employer unless specified otherwise

Employment Terms

• Employment contracts are between you and the foreign employer

• Contract terms are specified by the employer and local labor laws

• We ensure contracts meet minimum legal standards

• Salary, benefits, and working conditions are as per the employment contract

• Disputes with employers are governed by the laws of the employment country

Intellectual Property

All content on the Oodaan platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Oodaan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us, if any.

Indemnification

Termination
